About US

Our Factory was born in 1990 in Cava de’ Tirreni (SA) – Italy as a chocolate handmade laboratory.

As keepers, of an old 1600 recipe, found in a monastery, we base our production on this praline, that is “The Confettone” , our town tipical product.

From year to year, our traditional production has added new tastes and flauours, producing different bonbon dragees.

The raw products that we select accurately, the careful and meticolous workmanship, the accurate manufacture are the foundations of our activity.

Our products have been know and largely appreciated on the national market thanks to our participation to italian and foreign exhibitions.
